Shipping Time:

Orders will be processed 2 to 3 days after receipt of the order. Depending on your location in the US, delivery time to final destination can take from 7-10 days.

We ship from Monday to Friday except for Major Holidays.

Standard shipping and handling fees within the continental US will apply.

International orders have additional shipment fees, our Customer Representatives will notify customers through e-mail.

Damaged Shipments:

Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Wild Jungle Chick within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Return Instructions:

To receive an authorization number, simply e-mail karen@karenjustice.com with your name, address, order number and any comments you may have about the products. Within the next 48 hours you will receive a return authorization number.
